Wilfred is the titular protagonist in the Australian version of Wilfred.

He is played by Jason Gann.

Wilfred is a beer-drinking, pot-smoking, foul-mannered dog.

Most people tend to view him as simply a dog, while Adam tends to see him as a guy in a cheap dog fursuit.
